Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Excludes employees of Cosy Carpets, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
- Failure to comply with this clause will result in disqualification.
Promotional Timings
- Promotion opens at 00:01am (GMT) on 1st August 2025
- Closes at 11:59pm (GMT) on 31st August 2025
- One winner will be selected and contacted by 4th September 2025
Entry Mechanism
- To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form on the Cosy Carpets website and agree to receive marketing communications from Cosy Carpets.
- Only one standard entry per person is allowed via the website form during the promotional period.
- Participants can earn additional entries by engaging with Cosy Carpets on social media during the promotional period. Bonus entries are awarded as follows:
- Instagram – follow @cosycarpetsuk on Instagram and comment on the pinned competition post by tagging one other person per comment. Each valid comment with a tag counts as one bonus entry. There is no limit to the number of unique bonus entries that can be earned via Instagram, provided each tag is in a separate comment.
- Facebook – follow Cosy Carpets on Facebook and tag @highlight in a comment on the pinned competition post. Only one bonus entry is allowed via Facebook. Only comments with active @highlight tags will be eligible.
- A bonus entry is only valid if the participant has both followed the relevant Cosy Carpets social media account and commented on the official competition post on
that platform, as outlined above.
- Social media engagement must occur during the promotional period and be verifiable at the time of winner selection.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.
- Entries received outside the promotional period will not be valid.
Prize Details
THE PRIZE: A Cosy Carpets carpet and underlay or flooring of the winner’s choosing, up to the total value of £3,000, including materials and fitting.
- If the chosen product and services exceed £3,000, the winner must pay the difference.
- The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of notification.
- Cosy Carpets will carry out a home estimation visit and arrange for professional fitting, both included within the prize value.
Winner Selection, Notification and Acceptance
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period using a randomised computer process.
- The winner will be notified within 3 working days of the competition closing and must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance.
- If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
- The winner will be required to confirm their name, email address, postal address, and age to verify eligibility.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details to enable Cosy Carpets to arrange the supply, estimation, and fitting of the flooring at their home address.
- Cosy Carpets will first arrange a home visit to carry out a free estimation, after which a suitable date will be scheduled for the fitting of the chosen flooring
Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
- If the original prize is unavailable for any reason, Cosy Carpets reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Publicity and Promotion
- By entering the promotion, the winner agrees that Cosy Carpets may use their name, general location (e.g., county), and photographs or other imagery taken during the prize fulfilment (e.g., estimation or fitting) for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on the Cosy Carpets website, social media channels, email communications, and other advertising, without further compensation, for a period of up to 2 years.
- The winner will be contacted after the competition to provide a short testimonial or photograph, but participation in additional promotional activity is voluntary
General
- By entering the promotion, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Cosy Carpets. You may unsubscribe at any time after the promotion ends.
- Cosy Carpets reserves the right to:
- Disqualify participants for breach of these Terms and Conditions or unfair/fraudulent participation
- Cancel, amend or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control
- The decision of Cosy Carpets is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity and Promotion
- Cosy Carpets will not be liable for:
- Entries not received due to technical failures
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (e.g., personal injury or death caused by negligence)

- Entrants’ personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
