Yes. LVT is made from layers of vinyl, so water sits on top rather than soaking in. It is one of the best floors for a kitchen.
Often, yes, but the floor underneath must be flat and dry. Our fitters check this at the home visit and will tell you if it needs levelling first.
Sweep or vacuum, then mop with a mild cleaner. No waxing or sealing needed.
